COMMUNICATION. STRATEGY. GUIDANCE.

Strategic communication for high-stakes decisions –
in healthcare, public sector and cross-border environments.

SOLOVIA advises when decisions are complex, visible and cannot fail.

AT A GLANCE

What we do

SOLOVIA is a specialised advisory at the intersection of communication, strategy and law.
We support organisations in complex, sensitive and highly regulated situations
with a special focus on healthcare, social systems and Europe–Asia constellations.

For whom

We work with:

  • boards and executives,
  • public authorities and foundations,
  • hospital groups and social care providers,
  • investors and owners in regulated sectors.

Where

Our work includes:

  • DACH and wider Europe,
  • cross-border settings between Europe and East Asia, especially DACH–China.

Focus Areas

When the stakes are high, every word matters. We help you clarify interests, develop clear positions, and pave the way for sound decisions.

Tailored to your situation. Confidential. To the point.

Strategic communication

When you need direction

Important decisions need a clear story and a clear process.
We help you bring goals, messages and responsibilities into order –
so that people understand what is happening and what is expected of them.

What this can include:

  • Clear narratives for complex topics and multi-year programmes
  • C-level and leadership communication
  • Communication frameworks for organisations and projects
  • Structuring information flows and roles
  • Early-warning and monitoring logic
  • Board communication – so that the quality of a decision is visible in the way it is communicated
  • Stakeholder mapping and interest analysis

Healthcare and social care communication

When health and social systems are under pressure

In healthcare and social services, decisions are never only technical.
They are clinical, financial, political and emotional at the same time.

We support you in explaining and implementing change –
from structural reforms in hospital networks to sensitive projects in social care.

What this can include:

  • Communication for structural change and transformation
  • Stakeholder management in healthcare and welfare organisations
  • People and change communication for staff and leadership
  • Public communication around negotiations and restructuring

Restructuring & Transactions

When transactions and restructuring are sensitive

As transformation processes, restructuring and transactions alike, communication shapes trust – with employees, investors and the public.

We help you explain the logic behind a transformation, structure communication and prepare key moments of contact.

What this can include:

  • Communication strategies in distressed M&A and restructuring
  • Explaining the transformation rationale and equity story – from turnaround to buy-side and sell-side
  • Positioning in M&A situations, from strategic acquisitions to hostile approaches
  • Supporting public-sector M&A and complex ownership structures
  • Post-merger integration communication – to start the new chapter with initial trust, not resistance

Negotiations, crises and conflict

When negotiations and conflicts are critical

Negotiations, crises and conflicts demand calm, precision and clear roles.
We design communication and alignment processes that keep decisions possible – inside your organisation and in dialogue with regulators, partners and the public.

What this can include:

  • Crisis and conflict communication
  • Communication in situations with strong regulatory or political involvement
  • Governance and internal alignment across entities and levels
  • Strategic advice during negotiation and escalation phases

Why

HOW WE WORK

Discreet. Structured. Reliable.

We work in the background, close to the decision-makers,
and in alignment with your legal, financial and operational advisors.

  • Embedded in your project architecture and governance
  • Clear documentation, board-ready and legally sound
  • Focus on practical steps and implementation, not on volume of slides

You do not get a campaign.
You get communication that supports your leadership and your decisions.

CROSS-BORDER & EUROPE–ASIA

Where different systems meet, communication is often the missing piece.

We regularly advise in cross-border settings, especially between Europe and East Asia
for example:

  • European healthcare providers working with Asian investors,
  • DACH companies entering Asian markets,
  • Asian organisations building a presence in Europe.

We are trusted by partners such as ShaoHe, YingKe and CHKD in demanding DACH–China and Europe–Asia constellations.

We work in German, English and Chinese
and understand how the same decision can be read very differently on both sides of the table.

OUR APPROACH AND BELIEFS

Advisory with conviction. We care about your topics.

  • We believe that change in healthcare and social systems deserves communication at the highest professional level.
  • We believe that intercultural dialogue – especially between Europe and East Asia – needs clarity, respect and realistic expectations on all sides.
  • We believe that negotiations and conflicts are part of leadership – and that good communication gives leaders the space they need to take responsibility.

Our work is quiet by design.
What matters is not the noise – but what lasts.
